Our hook lift static cabin is engineered to be transported in three different ways – hook lift, fork lift and crane lift – making it the ultimate flexible solution for all worksites including the demolition industry which favours hook lift trucks for transport. You can even remove the hook lift element if not required for certain jobs.
Caters for a variety of needs
Designed for comfort, function, strength and security, this cabin will deliver a great performance in almost any environment. The 32ft Canteen Office Dry welfare cabin provides accommodation for for up to 21 people in comfort, with a design that covers all your on-site needs incorporating a large well-equipped Canteen, a quiet and functional dedicated office for up to 3 people, a separate drying/changing room and clean, bright toilet facilities.
Eco-friendly power options
Power is provided by an integrated silenced diesel generator which supplies various electrical systems to suit, including our Boss Cabins patent-pending Eco Ultimate specification with ultra-low fuel consumption and emissions. The generator in an Eco Ultimate cabin can be powered by bio fuel, a renewable green energy source which cuts harmful emissions by up to 90%. Solar hybrid options are available too.
Canteen
A comfortable space to rest, eat and work with table seating for up to 18 people. Charge appliances from the battery with 12V USB charging points. 12V LED lighting, catering grade stainless steel worktops, microwave, kettle, instant hot wash facilities, towel and soap dispensers, window with security shutter.
Office
A separate dedicated office with desk space for three people, 12V USB charging sockets, 3-pin 230V sockets, three office chairs.
Changing / drying room
Equipped with heating, bench seating and plenty of coat hooks, the dedicated Changing Room is perfect to take off your dirty wet work gear and leave it to dry. Space beneath benches to store footwear. Optional wall-mounted open or lockable personal storage compartments.
Toilet
Separate toilet cubicle with recirculating chemical or fresh water micro flush toilet, forearm sinks with instant hot water, high-security skylights and PIR-sensor LED lighting.
Generator / drying room
Generator and fuel tank located here. Additional space to store coats or hang wet clothes to dry using the fan heater supplied. PIR-sensor LED lighting.
