In the wake of our recent unsavoury revelations about Groundhog’s EPC ratings, we’ve had a number of calls from people worried about the validity of the certificates on their mobile welfare cabins.
If you share these concerns, we recommend getting an independent government-approved assessor to test one of your cabins, just as we did. In fact, we are so appalled at the unscrupulous way unwitting hire companies and end users have been treated over this issue, that we’ll even put our money where our mouth is.
Our promise is:
1) If as expected, the results show your Groundhog mobile cabin’s original ‘C’ rating (or above) to be a sham, then as a goodwill gesture we offer to credit the cost of your test against the purchase of any of our honestly-assessed Boss Cabins welfare units.
2) If by a miracle, your cabin tests come back showing that your ‘C’ rating (or above) was correct, we promise not only to eat our hats, to apologise profusely for wasting your time and to reimburse you the costs of the test but we’ll also give you a FREE BOSS CABINS CANTEEN SPACE 12 MOBILE WELFARE UNIT for good measure. This is how confident we are that we are right.
To get you started, here are the details of the EPC Assessor who carried out our initial Groundhog tests and also a link to a list of other UK-wide Government-approved EPC testers. Please give us a call if you need any further information or assistance with this.
