In light of the worldwide outbreak of Covid-19 and recent UK Government advice,we wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that Boss Cabins are doing everything in our means to ensure uninterrupted production and continued service during this period.
We have implemented measures in our workplace to safeguard our workforce, introducing all recommended procedures to protect against disease transmission including:
- Safe distance working practices
- Daily health monitoring of staff
- Dissemination of health information
- Minimising exposure through remote working/conferencing where possible
- Provision of easy-to-access sanitisation facilities across our sites and vehicles
We have a robust supply chain strategy in place to ensure that our production schedule will go ahead without break, which includes protecting our supplies of parts and materials by stockpiling and securing advance orders where necessary.
As a result of our precautionary contingency planning, we are confident that our production facility will operate as normal through the outbreak.
Regarding our Aftercare facility, this is more reliant on specific staff members and more susceptible to staff absence and therefore we would ask you to help us keep the service operational by being patient at this time. Currently, we are attending emergencies in the first instance – vehicles off-road and non-operational units. We will attend all less urgent issues as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and current UK government advice and will keep you updated if there are any changes. If you have any concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Yours sincerely
Matthew Wordsworth
