With a 12 person canteen and 3 person office, the Canteen Office Space 24 is mobile space pushed to the limits.
Designed to maximise your return on investment
This multi-use space offers a spacious and flexible welfare solution designed to keep the whole team happy. Easy to transport and meeting all HSE welfare on-site standards, this is like having a static cabins on site but at a fraction of the cost to transport. Power is provided by the integrated silenced 7KVA Stage V diesel generator.
Canteen
Bench seating to accommodate twelve people with dedicated storage inside. Rounded-corner split tables for ease of access. Full canteen facilities with microwave, kettle, forearm sink with hot-wash, towel and soap dispensers.
Office
In a totally separate office, there’s room for three people to work in peace with desk space, office chairs provided and plenty of plug sockets and chargers.
Toilets
Spacious toilet cubicle accessed externally with recirculating chemical or fresh water micro flush toilet, forearm sinks with instant hot water.
Generator / drying room
Store coats or hang wet clothes to dry in the heated plant room.

- Anti-vandal tow hitch flap cover with anti-prise bear-claw lock
- Choice of ball hitch or pin & eye tow hitch
- Exclusive magnetic door stays avoid damage and accidents
- Energy efficient PIR-sensor controlled 12V LED lighting powered by battery
- 2-pac paint finish in RAL colour of your choice
- Ram guards supplied to allow safe working practices in the field

- Surface-mounted LED road lights. Slide in number plate and go.
- Detachable wheel arch for quick and easy wheel change
- Low-level lifting eyes avoid ‘Working at Height’ issues
- Stainless steel chain guard protects cabin from damage from lifting chains/straps
- External input socket to power unit by external electricity supply if desired
- Brilliant white GRP walls with easy to maintain wipe-down finish.
