Designed to maximise your return on investment
Created to fulfil the needs of some of our most demanding customers, this design is so good, we simply had to share. A spacious and flexible welfare solution to keep the whole team happy, it includes a well-equipped 11 person Canteen, a dedicated three person Office, twin female and male toilets catering for onsite diversity, plus for good measure we’ve even thrown in a separate Drying/Changing room. Easy to transport and meeting all HSE welfare on-site standards, this multi-use space is like having a static cabin on site but at a fraction of the cost to transport. Power is provided by an integrated silenced 7KVA Stage V diesel generator.
Canteen
Comfortable bench seating with dedicated under-seat storage and two round-edged tables. 12V USB charging points; 230V 3-pin plugs sockets; microwave; kettle; instant hot wash facilities; towel, soap and cup dispensers; window with security shutter, CO monitor.
Office
A dedicated office with desk space and chairs for three people; 3-pin 230V sockets, USB charging points; cork/white board, CO monitor.
Changing / Drying Room
With its own external entrance, this dedicated heated room is perfect to get changed in privacy and comfort and store wet, damp or dirty clothes to dry. Bench seating with space beneath to store footwear and plenty of coat hooks.
Toilets
Two spacious Female and Male designated toilets with recirculating chemical or fresh water micro flush toilets, forearm sinks with instant hot water.
Plant Room
Generator and fuel tank.
