We’re proud and honoured to announce that our GenFree welfare range was last week voted ‘Product innovation of the Year’ in Ground Engineering magazine’s prestigious awards.
Following a record year for entries, the winners of the 2023 GE Awards were announced on Wednesday 12 July 2023 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, London in a ceremony that brought together close to 1,000 clients, contractors, designers and geotechnical experts to celebrate achievement in the industry.
After review by over 70 expert judges, including a face-to-face presentation and Q&A session to a select panel of experts, Boss Cabins GenFree range won in recognition of the huge benefit it can make in helping to move the welfare industry from one dominated by diesel generators to one where renewable energy is the main source of power and the diesel generator is eliminated completely.
Judges also considered the myriad of other sustainability factors that have been built into these cabins including rain harvesting and water recycling, and reduced servicing. According to the GE judges, our Generator Free range shows: “A clear demonstration of the wider benefits to the whole construction industry and beyond by saving the natural resources of water and energy with clear customer focused delivery helping the industry to fulfil the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.”
