AS PART OF OUR RESPONSE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, BOSS CABINS IS INVESTING IN THE CONSOLIDATION AND EXPANSION OF OUR AFTERCARE DIVISION. WE HAVE TAKEN ON A NEW HEAD AFTERCARE TECHNICIAN KIERAN GRAFTON AND RECRUITED ADDITIONAL SERVICE ENGINEERS.
In the current crisis, we know how vital it is for our customers to able to rely on us, especially those who are supplying equipment to essential services, and we want to offer all the support they need. We can also provide back-up services to any other businesses with any brand of cabin whose current service providers may be closed due to lockdown or are struggling to cope.
Areas covered by our Aftercare department are:
SERVICING
We have appointed new Service Engineers and we are ready and able to service not just Boss-brand cabins, but any make of welfare unit on the market. We can deal with all your breakdowns and repairs as well as regular service issues such as electrical certification and generator servicing.
RECONFIGURATION
We are finding that customers need their cabins to fulfil different uses in these fast-changing and unprecedented times. With a purpose-built Aftercare facility at our factory and on-site engineers, we can quickly turn around your ideas and requirements, redesigning and reconfiguring your existing products for new purposes such as sterilisation units, testing centres or to provide easier sanitation, for example.
PARTS
Boss Cabins has a fully-stocked online Parts Store, offering free delivery on all orders over £100 and fast turnaround on orders.
REFURBISHMENT
In an uncertain economic environment, businesses may be looking to refresh their fleet rather than replacing. We offer a full refurbishment service, including the potential to upgrade your cabins to a higher environmental or functional specification with a choice of electrical, generator and other options. Any cabin, any manufacturer, we can bring them back to life and get them looking and functioning like brand new.
ACCIDENT & REPAIRS
If your cabin suffers damage of any sort, we can get it back in action. We offer a 7-day turnaround service and can even provide a courtesy cabin if necessary.
TRAINING
We offer a number of courses including Product Induction Sessions; Service Engineer Training; Electrical Engineer Training and more. Obviously at the moment, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not able to deliver these in person. But once we all emerge from lockdown, we run courses at our bespoke training facility at our factory in Bourne, Lincs. or we can arrange to visit your company’s site if that is more convenient.
