We’re delighted to announce that we have recently added two new faces to our Sales Team.
Laura Wand and Tammy Ringland have joined us as Sales Support Executives, enabling us to provide a better, speedier and more efficient service to all our existing customers and potential new customers.
Laura and Tammy are based in our Bourne offices where they will be manning the phone lines and our website online Chat facilities to answer all your sales and product queries.
Tammy is working alongside our Head of Customer Satisfaction and Sales, Sarah Butcher, to support her customers in the East of the UK and Ireland. While Laura will be dealing with customers in the West of the country, working alongside our Sales Director Jim Kennerley.
As part of their role, Laura and Tammy will be responsible for post-sale customer support answering all our customers’ queries, such as finalising branding/specification information, organising cabin deliveries, offering training and much more.
